Teste de Diepoxibutano para diagn\u00f3stico p\u00f3s-natal de Anemia de Fanconi onde o tecido preferido para diagn\u00f3stico laboratorial \u00e9 o sangue perif\u00e9rico. A amostra \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de obter e trabalhar, e os resultados da an\u00e1lise de quebra cromoss\u00f4mica de linf\u00f3citos do sangue perif\u00e9rico podem ser obtidos dentro de 3 a 4 dias ou seja, \u00e9 uma cultura de c\u00e9lulas seguida de an\u00e1lise cromoss\u00f4mica. Anemia de Fanconi (AF) \u00e9 um dist\u00farbio gen\u00e9tico fenotipicamente heterog\u00eaneo caracterizado por malforma\u00e7\u00f5es cong\u00eanitas, insufici\u00eancia progressiva da medula \u00f3ssea e predisposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao c\u00e2ncer, particularmente malignidades hematol\u00f3gicas e tumores s\u00f3lidos de cabe\u00e7a e pesco\u00e7o. O papel principal das prote\u00ednas AF \u00e9 no reparo de liga\u00e7\u00f5es cruzadas interfilamentares de DNA.
