A CBL, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como citologia onc\u00f3tica em meio l\u00edquido ou citologia em meio l\u00edquido, \u00e9 uma t\u00e9cnica onde, ao inv\u00e9s de raspagens na l\u00e2mina, as c\u00e9lulas s\u00e3o coletadas e suspensas em um l\u00edquido preservante com metanol, que \u00e9 t\u00f3xico, requerendo uso de luvas.<\/p><p>O l\u00edquido da CBL pode conter c\u00e9lulas livres, debris, c\u00e9lulas inflamat\u00f3rias, hem\u00e1cias, bact\u00e9rias, v\u00edrus, fungos, protozo\u00e1rios, DNA livre, espermatozoides, fibrina, res\u00edduos de cremes, outras subst\u00e2ncias usadas na lavagem vaginal, e mais. Em seguida, transferir 1,5 ml desse l\u00edquido usando uma pipeta de Pasteur para o microtubo e descart\u00e1-lo. Usar um microtubo com tampa de rosca (Kasvi \u00e9 recomendado) e nunca um microtubo de fechamento por press\u00e3o, pois este pode abrir espontaneamente no traslado ao laborat\u00f3rio. Lembre-se: se aliquotar mais do que o necess\u00e1rio (CBL originalmente cont\u00e9m 18 ml de preservante), pode-se interferir no processamento autom\u00e1tico da citologia por pouco l\u00edquido. Nestes casos, o t\u00e9cnico dever\u00e1 repor o volume com l\u00edquido preservante ou, na falta deste, com \u00e1lcool 70%.<\/p><p>Medidas para aliquotagem abaixo. Devido \u00e0 sua persist\u00eancia e codetec\u00e7\u00e3o frequente com outros v\u00edrus, no entanto, seu papel etiol\u00f3gico permanece controverso. O Bocav\u00edrus humano 1 (HBoV1), um novo membro do g\u00eanero Bocav\u00edrus da fam\u00edlia Parvoviridae, foi descoberto em 2005 por sequenciamento em larga escala em amostras nasofar\u00edngeas de crian\u00e7as. O DNA do HBoV1 tem sido frequentemente detectado por PCR nas vias a\u00e9reas superiores de crian\u00e7as pequenas que t\u00eam doen\u00e7as do trato respirat\u00f3rio superior ou inferior e, com menos frequ\u00eancia, em suas fezes. Al\u00e9m disso, 3 outros Bocav\u00edrus, HBoV2, 3 e 4, foram detectados recentemente em fezes humanas, e o HBoV2 tem sido associado \u00e0 gastroenterite aguda.<\/p><p>O HBoV1 nas vias a\u00e9reas superiores tamb\u00e9m ocorre persistentemente ou recorrentemente em crian\u00e7as assintom\u00e1ticas. Devido a essas caracter\u00edsticas e \u00e0 codetec\u00e7\u00e3o frequente com outros v\u00edrus, o papel do HBoV1 na doen\u00e7a respirat\u00f3ria tem sido questionado. Contornar os problemas relacionados \u00e0 PCR de positividade prolongada ou recorrente e revelar a associa\u00e7\u00e3o da infec\u00e7\u00e3o por HBoV1 com a doen\u00e7a requer um diagn\u00f3stico mais confi\u00e1vel que use soro para PCR e detec\u00e7\u00e3o de anticorpos.<\/p><p>RESULTADO E INTERPRETA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/p><p>Os v\u00edrus e respectivas regi\u00f5es-alvos de seus genomas est\u00e3o descritos na primeira e segunda colunas, respectivamente. Os limites de detec\u00e7\u00e3o apresentados na terceira coluna foram estimados atrav\u00e9s da dilui\u00e7\u00e3o seriada dos genomas virais, sendo consideradas os menores n\u00fameros de c\u00f3pias para os quais 100% das rea\u00e7\u00f5es foram positivas.
